- Both the no-load current and the load-operation current of permanent magnet synchronous motors are lower than those of asynchronous motors. Permanent magnet synchronous motors feature a wide high-efficiency operating range; they maintain high-efficiency operation across a load factor range of 25% to 125%, with motor efficiency reaching as high as 98.5%.
- Typically, permanent magnet motors demonstrate an efficiency improvement of over 6% compared to standard asynchronous motors, and their useful power output increases by more than 15% (Motor Power P1 = 1.732 × I × U × Power Factor; the power factor for asynchronous motors is 0.85, whereas for permanent magnet motors, it is approximately 1).
- Three-phase asynchronous motors typically have a relatively low starting torque, and their starting current is usually 6 to 10 times their rated current. In contrast, permanent magnet synchronous motors can generate a starting torque capable of handling an overload of up to three times the rated value, requiring no high-impact surge current for startup.

Working Principle
The system operates by driving the impeller at high speeds via the motor, utilizing centrifugal force to convert electrical energy into kinetic and pressure energy of the fluid. With precision-engineered hydraulic flow paths, internal turbulence and friction losses are minimized. Furthermore, Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) technology ensures the motor precisely matches actual load demands, keeping the system within its optimal efficiency range at all times.
