About Us
Founded in 2014, Masco Dynamics Technology Co., Ltd. is a National High-Tech Enterprise and a "Specialized, Fined, Peculiar and Innovative" (SFPI) enterprise, with state-of-the-art R&D centers and manufacturing bases located in Beijing and Wuxi.
Innovation and R&D Capabilities
The team consists of high-caliber technical professionals with an average of over 15 years of industry experience. Currently, the company's technical team comprises 22 members, with Master's and Ph.D. holders accounting for more than 50% of the staff.


Manufacturing Capabilities
The company currently possesses approximately 42,000 square meters of floor space , housing over 200 units of various equipment. Key facilities and machinery include:
5-axis milling centers, vertical machining centers,digital laser welding machines, digital laser drilling machines, hydraulic presses, ultrasonic cleaning machines,Vacuum continuous impregnation machines, and magnetic-shielded hard-bearing dynamic balancing machines.
Testing Facilities
Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs), waveform recorders, motor stator comprehensive testing systems, Mechatronics dynamometer equipment, energy feedback test platforms, heat transfer modeling systems (MBMG), combustion dynamics test benches, magnetic levitation cooling and heating test benches, MWORKS hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) simulation platforms, and various other test benches.

Design and Prototyping
Our production journey begins with a deep understanding of your operational needs. Our experienced engineering team works closely with you to develop customized magnetic levitation compressor solutions tailored to your specific applications, such as HVAC, industrial refrigeration, and renewable energy systems. We create detailed technical specifications and functional prototypes, ensuring the design meets your efficiency, performance, and integration requirements.

Manufacturing
Once the design is finalized and materials are sourced, our skilled manufacturing team takes over. Using state-of-the-art CNC equipment and precision assembly techniques, we produce each compressor with exceptional accuracy and care. Our production facilities are equipped to handle both standard and large-scale orders, maintaining consistent quality through automated process control and lean manufacturing practices.

Quality Assurance
Quality is our top priority at every stage of production. Our dedicated quality control team conducts thorough inspections of each unit, checking for dimensional accuracy, material integrity, and performance parameters. We perform a series of rigorous tests, including pressure testing, vibration analysis, and full-load efficiency tests, to guarantee reliability, energy efficiency, and long-term operational stability.
